May 8: The 33rd Convocation Ceremony of Tribhuvan University was held at its central campus in Kirtipur on Friday. The event held after four- year hiatus due to difficult political circumstances in the country saw a total 24,351 students graduating.

While a total 20,212 graduated from the Bachelor Level, 4,109 students graduated from Master Level. There were 30 students graduating Ph.D. degree in various disciplines.
Of them, 1,352 students including two Ph.D. graduates attended the convocation ceremony to receive the graduation certificates, according to TU officials.

(CNN) — Experts watched warily Wednesday as a worm infecting millions of computers activated itself as predicted on April 1.
Computer users will not know that Conficker.c has infected their machine.
However fears the Conficker.c worm would cause chaos have so far proved unfounded, with no reports of major problems.

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Internet-based rip-offs jumped 33 percent last year over the previous year, according to a report from a complaint center set up to monitor such crimes.
The report said that about 77.4 percent of perpetrators of Internet fraud were men.
